About
I bring restorative, hands-on bodywork directly to you. My mobile service is designed to help ease everyday muscle tension and promote relaxation without the need to travel to a spa or office. Using seated, chair-based techniques, I focus on areas such as the neck, shoulders, arms, and back, tailoring each session to your individual needs. Whether you need a moment to slow down, release built-up tension, or simply take better care of yourself, I come to you—so you can relax, release, and restore.
