Cancellation policy
We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Please call or use our online booking to change your time so we can offer the spot to other guests.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, arrive extremely late, or do not show, you may be charged a fee. We assess late-cancellation and no-show charges based on the appointment type and booking history. We will tell you the charge when you rebook or pay at the next visit.
If you arrive late we will try to complete as much of your service as possible, but we may need to shorten or reschedule to avoid affecting other clients.
