Cancellation policy
We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. If you contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time, we will gladly move or cancel without penalty.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, arrive extremely late, or do not show up, we may charge a fee to cover the reserved time and product preparation. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could require a deposit for future bookings. If you expect to be late, call us; we will do our best to accommodate depending on the schedule, but services may be shortened to stay on time for other clients and full charges may apply.
