Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. This helps us offer the appointment time to other guests and keep our schedule running smoothly.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you may be charged a fee. If you do not show up for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide the remaining service in the time left; if there isn’t enough time, we may need to reschedule and a late-arrival fee may apply.
We’ll always communicate fees clearly and work with you when unexpected situations occur.
