We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. This helps us offer the time to other clients and keep schedules fair. If you cancel within less than 24 hours, arrive very late, or do not show up, you may be charged a fee. We will let you know any possible charges when you book or at the time of the late cancellation or no-show.
If you are running late, please call us as soon as you can. We will do our best to accommodate arrivals depending on the schedule and the service booked, but we may need to shorten or reschedule the appointment to avoid disrupting other clients.
