We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please contact us by phone or through your booking confirmation to change your time so we can offer it to someone else.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not show, you may be charged a fee. We will let you know the fee when applicable and explain how to pay it. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you but may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid delays for other guests. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could affect future booking privileges.
