If you cancel or reschedule inside 24 hours, or miss your appointment without letting us know, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late we will do our best to complete your service in the remaining time; if the service can’t be completed we may treat it as a late cancellation. Fees are applied at our discretion and help cover artist time. To change a booking, contact us by phone or the booking system as soon as you can.
