We ask that you give us 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. This helps us offer the time to another guest and keep our schedule fair.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you do not show up for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. We will let you know when that applies and how to avoid it in future bookings.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete your service within your remaining time. If the service cannot be completed safely or fully, we may need to reschedule and a fee may apply.
