Cancellation policy
We ask for 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. If you call or message us at least 24 hours before your appointment we will happily reschedule or cancel without penalty.
If you cancel late, do not show up, or arrive excessively late for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. We will contact you about any fee and explain how it was calculated. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could affect future booking privileges. If you arrive late we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid affecting other clients.
