We ask for at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. This helps us offer the time to other clients and keep schedules running smoothly.
If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, you may be charged a fee. A no-show may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within your booked time; if your service must be shortened to avoid impacting other clients we may treat it as a late cancellation and a fee may apply. Please call or message us as soon as you know you need to change plans.
