24 hours of notice is required to cancel or move a booking. If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, we will happily rearrange your appointment without charge. If you cancel within 24 hours, arrive very late, or do not show, you may be charged a fee to cover the reserved time and staff availability. We will always consider emergencies and one-off situations; please contact us as soon as you can so we can discuss options. If you are running late, call us—depending on the schedule we may be able to accommodate you, shorten your service, or ask you to reschedule to avoid impacting other guests.
