Cancellation policy
24 hours of notice to cancel. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment so we can offer the time to another guest. If you cancel inside that window, arrive more than 15 minutes late, or do not show up for your appointment, you may be charged a fee.
We will always try to be fair and consider emergencies; please call or message us as soon as you can. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments or require a deposit for future visits.
If you arrive late we will do our best to complete your service in the remaining time or suggest rescheduling so your service quality is not compromised.
