If you cancel late, do not show up, or arrive significantly late, you may be charged a fee. We will tell you about any potential fee when you book and again if we need to apply one. If you arrive late we will do our best to complete the service in the remaining time, but we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting others.
