Cancellation policy
24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule is required. If you contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment we will move or cancel your booking without penalty.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, arrive significantly late, or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. We will let you know the fee in your booking confirmation and when we contact you about the late cancellation or no-show.
If you are running late, call us. We will do our best to accommodate you, but if your service cannot be completed on time we may need to reschedule and the late/cancellation policy may apply.
