We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment so we can offer the time to someone else. Please contact us by phone or through the booking system to change your booking.
Late cancellations, no-shows, or very late arrivals may be charged a fee to cover lost appointment time and preparation. If you arrive late we will do our best to complete as much of your service as possible, but we may need to shorten the service or reschedule to avoid affecting other clients. Any fee will be explained to you when applicable.
