Brows By Dee is a spa in Whittier, CA. We are a woman-owned, Hispanic-owned studio focused on shaping brows and making you feel comfortable during each visit.
We offer brow lamination, Brow Tint & Wax and Brow Tint to refine your natural shape, plus Brow Lamination and Tint for a lifted look. For small extras we provide Lip Wax and Chin Wax to keep your face smooth and finished.
You can find us at 7033 Milton Avenue. We are open Wednesday 9 AM-7 PM, Thursday 5:15 PM-7 PM, Friday 9 AM-7 PM, Saturday 4:30 PM-7 PM, and Sunday 9:30 AM-4 PM. You can book an appointment online from this page.

Cancellation policy
24 hours of notice to cancel. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This helps us offer that time to other guests and keeps our schedule running smoothly.
If you cancel after that window, if you don’t show, or if you arrive excessively late, you may be charged a fee. We will notify you of any fee before it is processed. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could require prepayment or a deposit for future bookings.
If something unexpected happens, contact us as soon as you can and we’ll do our best to be fair and work with you on rescheduling.
