We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel or move your booking with at least 24 hours' notice, we will help you find a new time or cancel without penalty.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, arrive more than 15 minutes late, or do not show up, you may be charged a fee. We will let you know if a fee applies and how it will be collected. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.
