We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking so we can offer the time to other guests. If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice there is no charge and we’re happy to help you find a new time.
If you cancel late, do not show up, or arrive extremely late for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could require prepayment for future bookings. If you are running late, call us; we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.
