We require 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. Give us that notice by phone or through the booking system so we can rebook the time for other guests.
If you cancel late or do not show, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete your service within the scheduled time; if your service must be shortened or rescheduled, you may be asked to pay for the visit as booked. We will always explain options and work with you when possible.
