24 hours of notice to cancel. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps us offer the time to other guests and keeps our schedule fair.
If you cancel after 24 hours or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete as much of your service as time allows; if we must shorten or reschedule the visit, a late-arrival fee may apply.
We will always communicate clearly about any charge and work with you on reasonable exceptions.
