We ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee.
We know life happens. If you let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment we will happily move it without penalty. For changes inside 24 hours, we may apply a fee to cover the technician’s time and the reserved slot. If you arrive late we will do our best to complete your service without rushing or compromising quality; if we cannot, we may need to reschedule and a late or missed appointment fee may apply. Please call or text us as soon as you can so we can help and reuse your time for others.
