Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. This helps us offer the time to another guest and keeps our schedule running smoothly.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you do not show up, you may be charged a fee. For late arrivals, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying other clients; this could also result in a fee.
