24 hours of notice to cancel; we ask that you let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. This helps us offer your spot to another client and keeps our schedule running smoothly.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, if you don’t show up, or if you arrive so late we can’t complete the service, you may be charged a fee. We will review late cancellations and no-shows individually and communicate any charge clearly. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking privileges.
If you need help changing a booking, please contact us as soon as you can and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
