Cancellation policy
We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. If you let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment we will happily reschedule or cancel without penalty.
If you cancel later than 24 hours, cancel at arrival time, or do not show, you may be charged a fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings. If you arrive late we will do our best to provide your service in the remaining time; if we can’t, we may need to treat it as a late cancellation and charge accordingly.
