Cancellation policy
We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. If you give us at least 24 hours, we will gladly reschedule or cancel without penalty.
If you cancel late, arrive very late, or do not show up, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late we may shorten your service so other guests are not delayed, and you may be asked to reschedule if we cannot complete your service. Fees for late cancellations or no-shows help protect appointment times for all clients. If you need help, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you.
