24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule is requested; a late cancellation or a no-show may be charged a fee. We ask that you let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to change or cancel so we can offer the time to other guests.
If you arrive late we will do our best to accommodate you, but we may need to shorten the service or reschedule to avoid impacting other appointments. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a required deposit for future bookings. We’ll always explain any fee at the time and work with you when unexpected situations arise.
