We require 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move your booking. Please contact us by phone or through your booking confirmation to reschedule or cancel. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee to cover part of the reserved time. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within your appointment time; if your service must be shortened or rescheduled we may apply the late cancellation/no-show fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
