Cancellation policy
We require at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please call or message us so we can offer the time to another guest.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, arrive extremely late, or do not show, you may be charged a fee. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows could affect your ability to book future appointments.
If you arrive late we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service may be shortened so other guests aren’t delayed. If we can’t perform the full service because of lateness, the late-arrival may be treated the same as a late cancellation.
