Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the time to other guests and keep our stylists on schedule.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you but your service may be shortened or adjusted to avoid impacting other appointments; the full-service price may still apply.
If a stylist or we need to reschedule, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a convenient time.
