Cancellation policy
24 hours of notice to cancel. We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking so we can offer the time to another client.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, arrive very late, or do not show up, you may be charged a fee. We will let you know the fee when you book and remind you before your appointment.
If you are running late, call us as soon as you can. Depending on the schedule, we may shorten the service or reschedule to avoid impacting other clients. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking privileges.
