We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. If you let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment, we will gladly reschedule or cancel without penalty. If you cancel within 24 hours, arrive significantly late, or do not show up, you may be charged a fee to cover reserved time and staff preparation. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could require prepayment for future appointments.
If you are running late, call us as soon as possible; we will do our best to accommodate you but may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid inconveniencing other clients.
