We ask for 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. If you need to change or cancel, please call or use our online booking system at least 24 hours before your appointment.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, if you do not show up, or if you arrive so late we can’t complete your service, you may be charged a fee. We will tell you the fee amount when you book and again if it applies. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.
If we must change or cancel your appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and help you reschedule.
