We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please contact us by phone or through your booking confirmation to make changes so we can offer your time to another guest.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you do not show up, you may be charged a fee applied to your account or card on file. If you arrive late, we will do our best to honor your service in the remaining time; if a full service can’t be completed we may treat it as a late cancellation.
We appreciate clear communication and will always consider emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
