We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move your booking. If you let us know in time, we will happily reschedule or cancel without penalty.
If you cancel late, do not show up, or arrive excessively late, you may be charged a fee. For late arrivals we will try to accommodate you, but may need to shorten the service or rebook the remainder for another time. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments online. Please call us as soon as you know you will be late or need to change plans.
