Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. This gives us a fair chance to offer the time to other clients and keeps our schedule running smoothly.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, arrive more than 15 minutes late without contact, or do not show, you may be charged a fee. We will always consider circumstances and may waive fees for emergencies. If you are running late, please call or text as soon as you can so we can try to accommodate you or reschedule within the same appointment window when possible.
