Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps us offer the time to other clients and keeps schedules running smoothly.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, arrive significantly late, or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. We will let you know by message or email if a fee applies and how to settle it before future bookings.
If you are running late, please call or text us; we will do our best to accommodate you but may need to shorten or reschedule the service to avoid impacting other clients.
