We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. This helps us offer your appointment time to another guest and keeps schedules running smoothly.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. We will notify you if a fee applies and explain how it was calculated.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete your service within the remaining time. Depending on the delay, we may need to shorten the service or reschedule to avoid affecting other guests.
