24 hours of notice to cancel; a late cancellation or a no-show may be charged a fee.
We understand plans change. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the time to another client. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, arrive significantly late, or do not show, we may charge a fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could require a deposit for future bookings.
If you need help changing a booking, call or message us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you when there are emergencies or special circumstances.
