Cancellation policy
24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booking. We ask that you let us know by phone or through your booking link at least 24 hours before your appointment so we can offer the time to other clients.
If you cancel after 24 hours or do not show, you may be charged a fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could require a deposit for future bookings. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within your scheduled time; if the service must be shortened or rescheduled, the full appointment fee may still apply.
