Cancellation policy
24 hours of notice to cancel; a late cancellation or a no-show may be charged a fee. We ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move your booking so we can offer the time to another guest.
If you arrive late we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service may be shortened to stay on schedule and you may still be charged for the booked service. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could affect future bookings.
If you need help changing a reservation, contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to find a good time.
