We require at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. Please call or message us so we can reschedule your appointment and offer the slot to another guest.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, arrive very late, or don’t show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings. If you’re running late, call us; we will do our best to accommodate you, but services may be shortened to avoid delaying other guests and a fee may apply.
