Cancellation policy
We require 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. If you contact us before that window, we’ll gladly reschedule without penalty. If you cancel within 24 hours, arrive significantly late, or do not show, we may be charged a fee and may pass a charge on to you. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could affect your ability to book future appointments. If you know you will be late, please call us as soon as possible; we will do our best to accommodate you but may need to shorten or reschedule the service to avoid impacting other guests.
