Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. This helps us offer your slot to other clients and keeps our schedule running smoothly.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, arrive late, or do not show up, you may be charged a fee. We will let you know if a fee applies and how it will be collected. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could affect future booking privileges.
If you need to reschedule, call or message us as soon as you know. We do our best to be flexible when unexpected things come up.
