Cancellation policy
24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule is requested for all appointments. If you give us at least 24 hours, we will happily move or cancel your booking without penalty.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you may be charged a fee. A no-show may be charged a fee and repeated missed appointments could affect future booking privileges. If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide your full service, but we may need to shorten the appointment to avoid delaying other clients. If a shorter service is possible, we will discuss options and any applicable fees at check-in.
