We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. If you need help rescheduling, call or message us and we’ll work with you to find a new time.
Late cancellations, no-shows, or arrivals significantly past your appointment time may be charged a fee or result in shortened service to avoid impacting other clients. Repeated last-minute changes can affect future booking privileges. We hold deposits for some services; these deposits are applied to your service or retained toward a future appointment when cancellations meet our notice policy.
