24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule is requested so we can offer your appointment time to others.

If you cancel or move a booking with less than 24 hours notice, it may be charged a fee. A no‑show may be charged a fee and could require a deposit for future bookings. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service may be shortened to keep the schedule on time; shortened services may still be charged at full price. We will always communicate clearly about any charge and explain options before collecting payment.
