Cancellation policy
24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule is our standard request. If you need to change your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time so we can offer the slot to another guest.
If you give less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show, you may be charged a fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate the remaining time of your appointment, but your service may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients. We’ll always communicate clearly and work with you when possible.
