60 min This session is great for long standing or acute issues. We will customize pressure that is best for each individual. Accupressure, fascia release and stretching will be utilized for muscular tension and balance. We will focus on your trouble area including full body.

60 min This session is a light to medium pressure massage, great for first time massage. Great for nervous system regulation, lymphatic system and overall tension release.

90 min This session is great for relaxation, lymphatic movement and overall relief from muscle tension. Light to medium pressure is used.

Hot stones are used in specified areas. usually back but can be used for legs, arms ect.

This session incorporates energetic touch, energy clearing and intuitive sound to remove blockages from the aura or energy feild.
