The word "dana" means generosity in the Pali language. It is commonly used in Buddhist traditions. Typically when a service or offering is dana-based, it means the giver can select their own price based on what works for them. If you can give $X.xx, then give that. If you have more to give ,then do so if you wish. I believe healing benefits of massage are for everyone even if you are experiencing financial hardship. Please select this service if you are in need of a massage, but are unable to pay my current rate. This is offered to every client once per year. Choose this option if this will be your first time doing EFT with me. Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) or Acupoint Tapping is a form of Energy Medicine. It combines acupressure point stimulation and emotional/psychological stimulation. EFT appears to aid in relief from a variety of psychological and physical conditions. Based on research, EFT Tapping meets American Psychological Association (APA) Division 12 criteria for evidence-based practice on Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), phobias, generalized anxiety, and depression. It is accepted through the Veteran’s Administration (VA) for veterans with war trauma.

This can be a stand alone session or an add-on to any massage. *Only for clients who have already received at least 1 EFT session with me before. Cost includes gratuity, professional receipt, and SOAP notes for insurance reimbursement. 90 minute intensive therapeutic massage for acute injury: whiplash, pre-surgery, post-surgery, and other muscular/ligamental injury. Excellent when received in conjunction with complementary modalities such as acupuncture, chiropractic care, physical therapy, and other bodywork.
