24 hours of notice to cancel. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking so we can offer the time to other clients. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, we may be unable to fill the slot and may charge a fee. A no-show for an appointment may be charged a fee and could require a deposit for future bookings. If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete your service within the remaining time but may need to shorten the service or reschedule to avoid impacting other clients.
